Do you need to get the head skimmed .did you do a compression test first. if 2 cylinder are not firing you probably got the plug leads connected to to wrong cylinders Do compression test take reading If you do the test and squirt some oil in cylinders if the compression stays the same then it valves...

They all look good , I got mine I was trying to sell an outboard and ending swapping it for dinghy ,I have bean out in the rescue boat at the dinghy club to night that makes a change .
