What would be the fuel consumption of a redband Merc 40o 40hp at WOT on a Fletcher 15 ?

and on the same boat at lower speeds, say 5 mph ?

or on same boat out all day just fishing etc ?


any pros or cons with these engines ?

That's the same tank I have in T 15.......12 Gal (US)......yes heavy when empty or full.

Don't think the cap in the pic is original, had our tank since early 70's.
