I used a flooring epoxy (for dance halls, it's thinner) on my narrow boat cabin, applied with an old credit card, squeegie fashion. It makes the epoxy go three times further, leaves a beautifully smooth finish and helps push it into the grain on plywood nicely. I have had my birch ply cabin up and p...

Not being able to find something out is very different from being obviously wrong or not insisting on simple proof reading. I spotted the errors immediately. Mostly because I read his largely typo-free "Power Boat Speed". And it takes a half blind man to mistake four Amals for Webers! Why the devil ...

That's a very good read, thankyou for the link. I have it favourited. It smacks of the old Wooden Boat magazine, crossed with Classic Boating. Thanks for the reply. The problem is, who owns the smaller items such AS the Library? There was a collection of model outboards. Mike Karslake's model hydros were there. i wonder if Rachel, his widow knows it's shut. Betty Carstairs' trophies. Can no other museum take the items on? Somewhere on the ...

Can anyone tell me what's happening with the contents, especially the library, of the above museum, please.

I need to research several items and this would be my natural first stop, but alas has been discarded in preference to mud huts apparently.
