Yup, as volunteered by Andi I'd be well up for this one. Please please don't clash it with something I cant get out of........... :(

Can we run a book as to how far 73miss gets before needing a tow back ;)

Yeah - I have problems with my mechanic. He assures me everything is fixed and fine but everytime I go out something else gives way!! I am sure he does it on purpose, just for comedic value.

I will be out and about with it at the weekend so I am sure the local Motorfactors are rubbing their hands waiting for more of my hard earned money to roll in to them.

Was a bit miffed yesterday though. Thought I would check out how much water it had taken in and managed to break the fuel dipstick just by lifting the engine cover. First thing I have broken in over a week so I should be grateful for that.

Great idea to meet up for a blast but when I went to visit the secretary - with copy of our mag etc - was told they may be able to manage a visit in Oct/Nov and she would put it to her committe. As before I have not heard a response.

When I asked if I could put my boat in the water to test it - I was told that would be £50 for half an hour thank you!!

hi simon i spoke to debbie from the chase water park club, she said she lost you email and telephone number
,I was told we could hire the lake out for the day we could have only 10 boats out at time and would cost be around £500 for the hole lake for the day
if we could get 15 +boats it would just work out.
We have 7 interested already now ,she also said it be in Sept or Nov time
perhaps some one from CMBA could try and get good deal,
If any one from north or midlands want to meet up anywhere i am up for it

Gents,

I would be very keen to use Chasewater if we can get some committment from them - another opportunity is the Waterfront in Tamworth - I know a few members who are trying to help us - great bar and club house.
