Boat Wear 1963

Post by Rapier »

Gone are the days you headed out to sea with a wool jumper, bobble hat and PVC shorts on. Goretex, multiple fleece layers and technical microfibres are for wets: no pun intended.

Don't ask, don't tell, but some comfort to be gained by having them flannel-lined.

It's OK Rapier, Se7ens rubber/pvc 'interests' are quite well known. Esssex is, err, different . . .
Mercs are like women, no 2 are exactly alike. That's what testing is about. In general it is safer to test motors and props than women!
