Quick resto - merc fuel tank 57-63

Nick (Rapier) was kind enough to donate a merc fuel tank that was internally in great shape.
A dose of wire brush and paint stripper, + 2k primer
with 2k ford radiant red - closest I could find to the "ford engine red" that our stateside friends use for their restso. Did the flywheel in the same whilst I had the paint activated.
Decal from nymarine.ca and a couple of coats of 2k clear lacquer
And finally with the hardware put back in/cap back on. (with a teaser of the current state of the merc 300 in the foreground)
I'll give it a mechanical buff/polish and wax in a months or so time when the 2K has completely cured.
Thanks Nick!
Regards
Dan
