The easy way is to get this kit from MK 14 components sorry my mobile has gone down no number but google it. You just clean the seal end of the crank fit the repair seal ring with locktight using the larger tin to push the repair ring on to the crank. it comes with a new seal housing so this is a complete kit. I have just machined everything to do the same job. andy b
