Alloy paints.

After a pain staking rub down my boat is almost ready for painting!...

Does any body know what type of paint and filler I should be using!
It's an alloy hull with stainless fixings....

You will have to use a self etching primer to adhere to the aluminium and then I'd say you would get away with any marine paint on top.

Go to a good auto refinishers. Acid etch primer is two part 1 to 1 mix. Hb body make an aluminium filler.
For finish use 2 pack or 21 line, must use an AIR FED MASK! 2 pack paint and etch primer is deadly.

Nitromors is rubbish these days. Get some "starchem" or similar make (Dichloromethane) from auto refinishers.
Usually in 5 ltr tins about £25. It's pro use only, gloves and mask are a must.
