Retired boatbuilder or cabinet maker required

I am looking for a oldish person with experience in the boat trade or cabinet making to give a helping hand in some small carpentry aspects of boat restoration,I am wanting to replace boat decking on my 1960's speedboats with the lighter coloured inlay stips to be routered and flushed in as original,I have a perfect woodworking workshop with many machines and tools but would require the expertise of someone with this sort of expeience to help me as one set of hands never seems enough for all the projects I seem to have on the go at the present moment.I am based in surrey but am also happy to move the boats to another area to suit if needed
