David Raggett R.I.P.

Dear fellow members
It is with great sadness that I have to inform you of the passing of my dear friend David Raggett; David died peacefully at home with Maggie, following a short illness and period in Chichester hospital.
Our thoughts are with Maggie and her family at this very sad time
I will cherish many happy memories of times with David almost all centred around boats, his knowledge and experience will always be valued by me and many others he came into contact with.
Many of you will remember David as a Judge and stalwart of early Windermere rallies, he was a founding member of the CMBA and a past chairman.
