Delta V6 serial plack

Hi every one thort i would introduce my self as im a new member and haven't had to chance to post any thing yet,
i brought a delta v6 two years ago and started restoring her last may 2012. i posted a film clip on you tube a while ago

i would just like to know what the sequence of number means on the plack under the engine hatch as i would like to know
what year mine was made thanks Glen
