Does this prop look right to you?

Post by HughN »

I've just fitted this prop to my engine and it just doesn't look right to me - the 'cupping' of the leading-edge looks to me like it's in the wrong direction. What thinks thee?

It could just be that I'm not used to looking at LH props.

Cupping should be on the trailing edge not the leading edge.
Mercs are like women, no 2 are exactly alike. That's what testing is about. In general it is safer to test motors and props than women!

The camera makes it look worse than it is. As it appears to be the only suitable prop in 3,000 miles it will have to do....
