I have a continental that I think may have a leak. When out of the water I can hear water sloshing around at the front, tipped boat up but nothing appears at the back, is there a sealed compartment?
Any help or ideas would be much appreciated

Yes, there should be a sealed compartment in the bow which will support the mass of the boat if flooded ( it will float with nose out of the water).

If you have water inside that, you need to take off the panel on the forward bulkhead that seals it, which has a dozen screws holding it on. Access under the dashboard is not easy unless you have a child to assist.

The panel may well have a mastic or similar seal applied as well.
The screws are self tapping and can be a problem to get out.
It's not unusual to have a small hole in the bulkhead near the hull bottom to allow any water to leak out (and matching ones in the other bulkheads) so that the water can drain to the stern and out of a drain (if fitted) or other removal means.
It's probably a loose/damaged rivet which can be drilled out and replaced.
