Hello all,
I'm a regular reader of these forums but I don't post too often. However, I'm having trouble finding something.
I have a 1980 Johnson 70hp 2-stroke. The rubber (I think it was rubber!) seal that goes between the top piece of engine cowling and where it clips onto the actual engine basically no longer exists on my engine.
Does anybody have any idea of somewhere that sells these? Looking at the profile of it, it seems to be a weird almost 'S' shape. Ideally I would prefer a cream/white one as standard, but any colour will do to be honest. I've found lots of places that do similar seals, but none seem to be the same shape as the Johnson one.
Thanks,
Mark

You could try these they might be the same as the newer one,or could you cut a slit down a bit of fuel pipe.
