Wot is the best way to take one of these apart.??
As i would like to replace the main bearing in it and oil seal

I pondered over mine for weeks before tackling it!!!
The brass centre piece screws out of the steel pulley - IT IS A LEFT HAND THREAD!!!!!!!!
You may need to heat it up a little first!!
