Mercs are like women, no 2 are exactly alike. That's what testing is about. In general it is safer to test motors and props than women!

Daren - PS: Still waiting for the new arrival and missed Falmouth in the process!!!!!!!!!!

And you missed a good Falmouth again too Darren - less wind than last year so flatter water. We made it across the bay (the two Stapely's on 'cruise control' at a very comfortable 40mph all the way - luverly 8-) ) to the Helford river for a lovely lunch this year as well.

Best wishes for the new arrival. Can you time the next one better though as we missed you all this year!

Please don't rub it in to hard - so gutted - i thought a pregnancy was only eight months long - I was looking at the forecast daily thinking great weather, no wind - boat sat on the drive ready to go - could I sneak out in the middle of the night ??? I have threatened to call him Riva - or even "Johnson" now he's late.

Met up with Duncan Walker this weekend - has an usual little speed boat in his yard - sends his best regards.

You and family sorely missed at Falmouth. Was hoping we could strike a deal with the dowry....This one looks to be well cooked, am sure all well and we see you for the annual flush at Stewartby.
