Well done Neil - from Will's description, the engine has a lot of money it and installed properly should make a quick boat, you must be getting quite a collection! ....... how's the coaching launch coming along?
To day was a head scratcher... im thinking of 2 x raw water inlets, to maximize the water and if one get blocked... these would feed to a Y piece and into the jabsco...
Not sure on which carb to use.. seems to be a conflict... any ideas?
The chap who made my stainless steel inlets, and is making some 'big boy' shiny exhausts for my V6 Delta is Daniel Northover, on the south coast... He is very reasonable too.
A little more progress... some bits, carb, strainers, etc have arrived.. still cant work out the water path!!!! or what size the bolts are on the fan pulley, or even if i need that pulley!!!!!
I suppose this is what's called titivating!!!!
all excited waiting for new shiny fuel tank and go faster exhausts!"!!
Shiny bits have arrived... although i can't fit them, as ive poked myself ion the eye, and can't see.. lol...
I think an old ford capri needs, big boy exhausts ( do i need to draw a diagram, about which is the new and which the old!!! ) ... and check out the dizzy!!!! electronic, new as you like - £200 all in... bargain!!!!!! ( from H and H ignition http://www.h-h-ignitionsolutions.co.uk )
