Would you believe it.

It was taken all the way up to the 1st Pagent of Power at Cholmondely Castle three years ago and the racing organisers wouldn't let it on the water. never did see it run.

Likewise Alan Fawcus took his big 1950 hydroplane and that didn't get on the water either!

Sorry guys. The vote must have taken place before we became aware of it on Sunday ie late last week. The results were shown in the paper today: Question - Do you think the 10mph speed limit on Windermere should be lifted Verdict: Yes 50% No 50% Thanks to everyone for your help Regards Chris Barker

It is with deep regret I have to advise you of the recent death of Graham Loney, the rally chairman and joint founder (in 1990) of the British Classic Motor Boat Rally.
