Re: PROBLEM WITH FACEBOOK

This is the explanation regarding being blocked, http://www.cmba-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=14847 It's nothing personal it's because the software doesn't like same user accessing the site using different devices. I have the same problem, I'm blocked on my I phone but ok on the laptop and tabl...

Re: Henley trad boat festival

I can't be there this year but you're sure to see familiar faces.

Re: Boat Insurance

I'm with GJW as well, i think Barbara left a while ago.
Just got home to a letter from GJW saying that they'll no longer insure my boats as previously but are prepared to offer insurance individually.

This is very true it appears to be a common error ...

Re: What paint

Don't despair just yet, i chased this problem for a long time on my motor. I've replaced all of the exhaust covers, pressure tested the assembled block and done lower seals a number of times along with replacing the lower bearing carrier and i still get a clean bottom spark plug. see :- http://www.c...

Re: What paint

It has always been difficult to paint aluminium, it just doesn't key very well for paint. Zinc chromate is the preferred primer but I think like many other chemicals it's now banned for domestic use. We used to slap it around liberally when I worked in MoD aerospace, called it yellow peril and was e...

Re: Forum v Facebook

This topic has been raised before and is also a common topic with other organisations with a presence on forums / facepage. I for one prefer the forum as it's easy to use and search, this year especially due to circumstances I can't get to any rallys so I am using the forum as my main source of info...
