Re: POOLE 2019 WEEKEND
A little late to the party I’m afraid but just wanted to say a massive thank you to all involved in this event. We had an absolute blast and can’t wait to return. It had been 7 years since we attended Poole, what fools we’ve been!

Re: Ray Wright delta v8
Hi. Not sure on the history but what type of Delta is it? Is it an open ski boat which were more common with a v8 or is it one of the two seater 13 foot boats?

Anzani pilot (£25) was bought on a whim from an antique shop looks pretty much there, has compression but not done a thing to it. Evinrude ranger (1938?) (£50) none original drive and prop guard, has run under my o...

Re: Fenn & Wood Meteor 1950?
Hi. I have a mk1 fitted with a consul 1700 engine, most were 100e. The interior on mine has been replace but my belief is that the seats were originally a blow up cushion to sit on/lean against with trim around the cockpit edge. I have some original adverts loaded on to my photobucket account. Googl...

Re: Fenn and Wood
Engine is certainly right for a mk1. Is it a wooden hull? All mk1 had a wood hull with a wood deck, the mk11 was a fibreglass hull with a wooden deck. There are a few in the club but certainly not common. I know of a couple local to me in the midlands and I know of a couple of them in the Norfolk ar...

Re: Fenn and Wood
Unusual for a Mk11 to have a 100e engine. They were to my knowledge (stand to be corrected) all Consul 1703cc engines.
