Re: Broom Saturn Avocado
I suspect that this is probably one for Broom Broom why thank you for that (probably unfounded) recognition... I expect Rapier will pitch in here as he has/had a share in an Avocado Saturn that he rescued and may well be able to point you in the direction of sourcing the 'correct' rear cleats. Gina...

Re: Gina's new Merc - We weren't expecting this!
Quick update... needless to say there have been a few more small issues. Worst of which is the Stator is FUBAR - new CDI version incoming from our chums over the water. Currently repainting the 'bodywork' - will get some pics up soon. My budget on a very good Merc 500 is around the £600 mark :hilari...

Re: Help your Webmaster - L/S Mercury Wanted!
Yes I did :chuffed: Thanks to petrolhead (for the heads up) I bagged this one on eBay: mercy.JPG According to them what know - it should be possible to get her up to scratch without too many issues and at the price I reckoned it was worth a punt.. - just need to work out how I get it back from Luton...

Help your Webmaster - L/S Mercury Wanted!
It's no good - after years slaving away behind the scenes to keep our club on-line and the forum running like a well-oiled machine, I really do have to 'get out more'. My tales of Sea-Horse shaped woe will be familiar to some of you - so i've decided to seek a more suitable alternative, which is why...

Re: Chichester 25th March, Ivy Lake
...and another vote of thanks from me too - great day which has inspired me to renew my efforts to get my own boat to the next one! Great to catch up with everybody.
I'll even forgive you for not recognizing me Steve - I guess it has been a while so I'll let you off

Interesting...
I was led to believe my last boat prior to 'Gina' was a C.B. but this was never really confirmed. Certainly some similarities...

Re: London Boat Show 2012
Last year, the show broke records by presenting the brand-new 32m Princess superyacht; the heaviest yacht ever to be lifted into the show. This year, the London Boat Show will offer up a display of Sunseeker yachts ranging up to 40m, a selection of stunning Oyster Marine sailing yachts and the stri...

Re: Boaty Quiz from sinbadthesailor
Well... I've studied these at length and apart from the first one (obviously an inflatable wrapped round the props), I can honestly say I am completely clueless...
