I think there is some confusion here. I believe he has an different style speedo head which is NOT the style we are used to. I have one myself & have no idea what should be connected to it. Hi John, it will be good to see another 'tower' at the Falmouth 'do'!
My engine is also offset to stbd - I think it is to counteract prop torque but others may correct me here.
This should fly when its sorted, PTT is a must I would think, I will see what I have got.

Shouldn't have to. Just release the gland nut (probably has a locknut as well) lift it up the rudder shaft (if poss) along with the spacer the nut pushes on, hold it out of the way with a cable tie. Using a pick remove ALL the old packing then cut the new packing to length by wrapping it round the s...
