PM's stuck in outbox?

Hi there, trying to send PM's to 3 different members, and my messages seem to be stuck in my outbox?

I only have 8 messages in my inbox and 6 in my sent folder so doesnt seem to be a PM limit issue?

Each time I press submit, it says message is sent, but the message still appears in the outbox and not in the sent box.

Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?

The message show in your outbox until the recipient reads them, then they will disappear.
