Excellent 'Launch Site'

Know of any good venues for running our boats? Please share them here and give as many details as possible - launch arrangements/costs/restrictions etc.
Please use the location Name and County as the title of the post - thank you.

Excellent 'Launch Site'

Post by BroomBroom »

I guess many of you may already know of this site:

BOATLAUNCH

But thought it was worth posting the link here as it's pretty useful.
As well as a good deal of information on slips/marinas etc., there are number of useful goodies available on their 'Downloads' page, including Google map overlays and files in a format that you should be able to import into your Sat Nav.

Enjoy,

The great thing about this site and book is that all info is available as an aps for Iphone. Its great to just ask for a launch ramp wherever you may be. All info is very accurate in our experience. We were 400 miles from home and it did us proud!!!! Better than asking a local!!!!!!!
Plenty more boats in the sea!!!!!!
