I'm fed up with the blowy weather over the last couple of years but still ove my boating! Not sure if this link has been posted before but used in conjunction with the shipping and weather predictions it has been very useful as of late! gives observations, predictions etc

Also http://www.grib.us gives you all the latest grib files AND a free display!

I've found it very accurate - try it, it costs nowt (Yorkshire price!)

Having just started windsurfing i've found windguru has been very accurate. Just type in your spot.
