Healey Boat Registry

Hi, Austin Healey Club of America was the place we used to get verification from for our Healeys. Sadly Gary Lownsdale passed a couple of years ago but now Ken Fleming of the AHCA has been tasked to set up a registry of boats worldwide. I spoke to Ken the other day and he asked me to help him by encouraging Healey boat owners to send details about their boats, including a reference photo, hull type/model and number, engine info etc. His email is ahmg@aol.com. Ken was a close friend of Gary Lownsdale, has a few Healey cars and boats including the 1st Healey 55 featured in the Healey book. If that were not enough he is also a friend of Peter Healey who is Bic Healey’s son or grandson, I’m not that good on detail, thanks in anticipation, I have already sent details of my three and before any of you ask, two of them are nearing completion, well at least the right way up with decks on, Steve
