Yamaha 30

Hi all
I've just had my Yamaha 30 diagnosed with crank shaft seals blown or leaking, the mechanic stripped bottom end down and confirmed this, but can't find any one to split the crank to replace the middle seal as the engine is a triple!
Does anyone know of anybody that can do this or is it not financially worth it as the rest of the engine works perfectly.
Does any one have an 30 hp plus outboard for sale?
